Visaible.ai raises $1M seed, founder-led sales for AI hotel visibility tool
Sydney startup Visaible.ai closed about $1 million seed from Blacksheep Capital. The company monitors how hotels show up in AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews), then fixes incorrect or missing information to protect direct bookings.
Founder Sam Rich launched in late 2025. Team is under 10 people. Sales is founder-led: no CRO, no VP Sales, no formal commercial team yet. Rich is carrying the bag while building product.
The pitch to hotels
Travelers are asking AI assistants for hotel recommendations instead of Googling. Hotels that rank well on traditional search can still be invisible or wrong in AI responses. Visaible tracks where a property appears (or doesn't), identifies gaps, and uses AI agents to update website content, structured data, FAQs, and listings. Hotel teams approve brand-sensitive changes; the platform handles the rest.
"Hoteliers did not need another dashboard telling them what was wrong," Rich said. "They needed a way to fix the problem quickly, protect direct bookings and keep more of the margin that would otherwise go to commission."
Market context
Visaible is targeting larger hotel groups in Australia and Asia. Competitive set includes hotel SEO tools, reputation management platforms, and emerging AI-search visibility vendors. The seed funding will build out end-to-end agentic automation and fund expansion into US, UK, and Europe markets.
Sales motion is vertical SaaS, not broad travel platform. Value prop is urgent and measurable: lift AI citations, protect direct bookings, reduce OTA commissions. Expansion depends on hotels paying for proven booking lift.
What it means for sales teams
Early-stage founder-led motion in a niche with fast-changing buyer urgency. If AI discovery becomes the new SEO for hotels, Visaible's first-mover positioning could drive enterprise deals.
